Our Propolis Tincture comes in 1 oz. dark amber bottle with dropper. It is made from propolis harvested from our hives mixed with grain alcohol. Propolis tinctures have been known for numerous health benefits... powerful antioxidants boost the immune system, promote wound healing, and alleviate allergies.
Propolis is produced by honeybees by collecting resins from plants and trees which are then combined with bee saliva and beeswax. Better known as "Bee Glue," bees use propolis to repair their hive, seal openings and cracks, and protect their hive against weather such as wind and rain. Studies have shown propolis to have antibacterial, antiviral, and antimicrobial properties which plays an important role in a hive's ability to fight off infection and disease.
This product can be consumed straight, but it is recommended to mix with honey, water, or other liquid (as propolis has a very strong taste). Propolis is known to stain, so please take caution when using.

I cannot give this product enough stars! It is like a miracle in that it has so many beneficial qualities. It helps heal cuts and sores. It helps keep allergies at bay and helps with my immunity system. Just a few great advantages to using it. It is awesome!
